Crossroads Community of Christ has been meeting in a community hall for more than ten years. However, recently we purchased a wonderful piece of land near the hall and are in the process of raising support to build our own church building. It will be a place to meet for services, counseling, discipleship, Bible studies, pastoral training, and community outreaches to share the gospel with the lost. While we know that a brick and mortar building is not essential to sharing the truth of the gospel with others, in this African culture, a church is not seen as legitimate nor is it taken seriously by those in the community. Our hope is to see the Church Body multiply by having an established church building of our own. We are nearly halfway to our goal of $200,000. Your gift would not only provide a constant place of worship for our current congregation but would also help us grow by reaching the souls in our neighboring communities for Christ.
